I think that the mirror might be directly connected to one of those light beings of knowledge whatever they were called again, and even in the prophecy one gave to that apprentice family they were super respectful when speaking of the Fool who did not even exist yet in their Era. There is a distinct possibility one or more of those lights will become willingly subservient to “The Fool” and personally I think the thing I am looking forward to the most there is how hard Algers will secretly fangirl when he learns even those things serve the fool of he stays as well informed of the background information as he has to date, if even vague knowledge.

I love that about this novel. Things are always foreshadowed and always have a reasonable explanation, but it still feels totally unexpected when they happen. This, Talim's death, running into the devil dog when running from the museum, etc.

Somewhere when fors gets contact to the abraham family and give klein the books over the spirit world it is mentioned thtat the general layout of the spirit world is the a massive world where on the sky is a rainbow where every colour is a spirit and a mountain rises high above the ligths and on top of the mountian is an ancient palace with a throneroom and a table and it matches the description of the tarod gathering palace so it is most likely the same which implies that klein has porbably inherit the position as the owner or king of the spirit world which would explain why he can connect himself to everyone who is in the gathering why only their spirit is everytime brought there why divination gets enhanced for him and can cloud everyone else also why the living beings of the world are respectful to him like the light and arrodes which see him as their superior which also disregards the sequence/power gap

On a certain day within Buckland, Fors had received a message from her master telling her to meet. She didn't have anything to do so she decided to go.
A few hours later, Fors met her master in his house within the secret chamber behind the fireplace. Her master had a grim expression as he handed her a notebook.
"I wouldn't have shown this to you unless it was absolutely necessary, so you should obviously see the gravity of this notebook. As you are already a sequence 5 you should be able to handle the information contained within, but be car-" Her master was interrupted by him coughing roughly and him covering his mouth. Fors gently grabbed him to support him.
A few moments later he recovered and moved his hand back to his side, now covered in blood.
"As I said. Be careful and do not read beyond what you can handle, I shall now leave you alone." Her master then left the chamber with only her and the notebook. Fors took a seat on one of the chairs within the chamber and opened the notebook.
[Findings within the Spirit World]
"Day, 1. It's all quite fascinating! As I journey through the spirit world, I encountered many strange creatures! One was the size of a whole house! I'll note down more as I find them!"
"Day, 4. I found a strange ceiling above the spirit world, I think I see...fog?"
"Day, 7? 14? I was sucked into the ceiling of the spirit world and I've been here for days. All I see around me is fog, I can't even see past my nose! I don't know how long I've been here..."
"Day, 17? 143? I lost my notebook, I somehow found it after some time. I hear strange murmurings in my head all the time, except they don't cause me harm. I'm walking as I'm writing this as I can't keep still within this place. Every time I stop I feel something is watching me."

Okay review time, those pure light beings apparently blanket the spirit world, act as sages, teachers etc, and the mirror is likely a method to directly contact one or maybe a fragment of one. The fog that Klein rules then is apparently a space above the spirit world and thus above these lights that enlighten the beings below them and the fog possibly represents the mysteries that even they cannot fathom? They might exist at the border of the spirit world’s sky and get to stare at Klein’s fog perhaps? What might this have to do with the abyss? Will it be through these lights perhaps that we get the name drop of the story’s title “Lord of the Mysteries”? So many questions are itching at me at this point. *groans about only reading five chapters ahead, considers conducting a ritual for more spirit stones again when next month rolls around*

I think you’re right that the gray fog represents a sort of domain of “mysteries” that all mysticism sort of spawns from. I think the seer pathway and the mystery pryer pathway might be the two that have the closest connection to it, seer pathway for sure at least. Those two seem to both be the sequences involving the most mysticism, even to the point of having beyonder powers related to it. Hurray for faceless soon!

2000 for his contribution and paying 2500 for the ingredient instead of not paying anything and getting the ingredient... This way he will have what? 500ish left? Basically he can think of it like having paid 500 to keep his sequence a secret from that Church for now, might burn his pockets a bit, and leave the soul a bit bittersweet, but I think it is a good trade.
An even more positive spin is that for 500 and not doing any work aside from being an informant, he gets his ingredient, he keeps his secrets, he learned more about both the Hivemind, their abilities and means, learned more about Amon and his background and family, is having as much money as he can moving through his Tarot Club Economy (even if it ends up in hands outside of the Club, this is an underestimated and important detail), it improved the Hivemind’s opinion of him and fits what they wanted most out of the deal (future business is key) and is helping Audrey look good/giving her credit with her side organization (if this exchange goes well in the eyes of that organization they are more likely to make trades through Audrey in the future). This is how well trickle down economics wishes it performed in the real world, the more exchanges, the more people who potentially gain benefits, if not the money in the end. Lol.

Lol! I wondered what he was going to do regarding the hints to his sequence pathway. As long as anyone finds out he had the abilities of a Clown at the time Lanevus was killed and was in Backlund at that time, he would automatically become a suspect and would be associated with the Tarot Club. They already know he has spirit vision. I wonder if he's going to play it off like he's from the Mystery Prier Pathway like his mentor, Old Neil.

Doesn't the steam church have the sequences for the mystery pryer pathway? That would raise some awkward question later on if the steam church offer a formula or ingredient from that pathway and Klein decline.

Zaratul was only Sequence 2 when Roselle was writing his diary. He very cleverly avoided stepping into the Sequence 1's battle for survival.

[In this story, Fors isn't apart of the Tarot club.
"What is this place?" Geralt said as he looked up above him. Red stars taking up his vision. In total there were 20 stars in total with a large blood-red star in the middle.
Suddenly, the world of fog shook and Geralt felt many different powers appearing within the fog. Instantly, he was brought to his knees, sweat covering his body.
Upon the throne at which he found there now was a figure of a man covered in a fog. Just thinking about it brought a chill throughout his soul. However, he wasn't alone.
A table that looked to be from the third era and before appeared along with 20 powerful beings. Geralt dared not look, Quickly, the eyes of these beings were drawn towards him, making him feel as if gravity got hundreds of times greater.
Suddenly, one of the individuals talked. "Good morning, Mr. Fool~ It seems we have an uninvited guess today." Said what he assumed to be a woman who then bowed which was followed by the other 19 individuals bowing as well.
Who was this Mr. Fool? Well, he knew that these people definitely had the strength of sequence 4 and higher and whoever they were bowing towards had strength rivaling all of them. This thought alone gave him chills.
"What should we do with him?" Sounded out a childish voice which sounded like a young boy.

“这是什么地方？”杰洛特抬头望了望天。红色的星星占据了他的视野。总共有20颗星星，占据正中位置的是一颗血红色的大星。
忽然间，弥漫着雾气的世界开始震动，杰洛特感觉许多不同的力量在雾气中浮现。他立刻跪倒在地，汗水布满了他的身躯。
在他之前所见的王座上，现在坐着一个被雾气笼罩的人。光是想到这一点就让他的灵魂一阵恶寒。然而，他并不是一个人。
一张看起来像是经历了三个世纪以上的桌子和20个强大的存在一同显现。杰洛特不敢继续看下去，很快，那些生物的视线都向他投来，让他感觉仿佛这里的重力都增强了好几百倍。
突然，其中一个人开口道。“早上好，愚者先生~看起来我们今天多了一位不速之客。”这个疑似女性的人说着鞠了一躬，随后其他19个人也鞠了一躬。
谁是这个愚者先生？呃，他知道这些人绝对有起码序列4的能力，而且不管他们是向谁鞠躬，都肯定有能与其他所有人相媲美的能量。仅仅这个想法就让他心中泛起寒意。
“我们应该怎么处置这个人？”一个听起来有点幼稚的声音响起，听起来像是个年轻的男孩。

An amount he has not held since he reincarnated to this world. At least he has at least a full year to gather the funds, if what he learnt from when he was still a knighthawk stands true i.e. it takes 1-3 yrs to digest sequence 5 and 6 potions when using the acting method
序列6的魔药材料花掉了克莱恩大概5000镑……所以如果要升级到序列5，那会花掉他10000镑？？
他穿越到这个世界以来从来没经手过这么大一笔钱啊。至少他还有至少一整年来筹集资金，如果他从还是值夜者那会得到的消息是真的的话。（使用扮演法时一般需要1-3年来消化序列5和序列6的魔药）
