参考素材:
The place I study is the library located in my school campus. It is a grand building with 5 floors and is also a notorious landmark around local community area. I can always easily find it when I walk in the school. The library is wrapped in glass on all sides so that the exterior looks so gorgeous.
I usually go to the library whenever I have time. As far as I am concerned, it is a perfect place for me to study. Most time I go there by myself because I can efficiently do my work as well as quietly think about what I have learned from the books. I would go there with my classmates only when the final exam is coming because we can do the course interview and learn face-to-face with each other. The library has all sorts of books, so I can always get the books I need. On the other hand, I pretty enjoy the refreshing atmosphere there and feel like lifting my spirits and become smarter learning by myself.

People have become really busy in these days, sometimes we need to force ourselves to do something to slow down the living paces, by doing that, one of my solutions is participating in one of the yoga training courses. Technically speaking, yoga training is physically beneficial for extending my body form and figure, and more important, is what I benefit from the mental R & R (rest and recreation). That’s why, in my perspective, I define yoga as a leisure activity.
Doing yoga for the first time isn’t easy for anyone, as a green hand, the one-hour training was literally killing me that I couldn’t feel my arms and legs the day after, but I had to admit the fact that by doing that constantly, I could definitely feel some changes. You know every time, when we are concentrating on one or two moves, like one of the classic moves in yoga, reaching one of our arms out as much as possible when our body is leaning towards the same direction as your arm, then the other arm is going back to grab one leg when the other leg is standing on the ground to hold body in balance, it took me quite a while to practice this posture until now I can easily do that as a model.
Another thing that relaxes me is when it comes to the last session of this yoga training, which is called meditation, and by that, it is when I find myself a piece of silence by holding nothing in our head, like thinking of nothing to empty our thoughts, which is very practical to adjust emotion and psychological stress.
