美国破门进入我休斯敦领馆，外交部强硬表态：这是中国国家财产！

答：
中国驻休斯敦总领馆馆舍是外交领事馆舍，也是中国的国家财产。根据《维也纳领事关系公约》和《中美领事条约》，美方不得以任何方式侵犯中国驻休斯敦总领馆馆舍。对于美方强行进入中国驻休斯敦总领馆馆舍的行径，中方表示强烈不满和坚决反对，已提出严正交涉。中方将就此作出正当和必要反应。
The Chinese Foreign Ministry on Saturday expressed strong dissatisfaction and firm opposition to US law enforcement officers' forced entry into the Chinese consulate general in Houston.
US law enforcement officers on Friday forcibly entered the premises of the Chinese consulate general in Houston. In response, Foreign Ministry spokesperson Wang Wenbin said the premises of the Chinese consulate general in Houston are diplomatic and consular premises as well as China's national property.
Based on the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations and the China-US Consular Convention, the United States must not infringe on the premises of the Chinese consulate general in Houston in any way, he said.
"China has expressed strong dissatisfaction and firm opposition to US forced entry into the premises of the Chinese consulate general in Houston, and has lodged solemn representations. China will make a proper and necessary response in this regard," Wang said.

美执法人员破门进入中国驻休斯敦总领馆
据今日俄罗斯、路透社等外媒24日报道，当天下午有一群美国执法人员强行进入中国驻休斯敦总领馆。
A group of men accompanied by a US State Department official were seen forcing open a door at the Chinese consulate in Houston on Friday, shortly after a US government closure order for the mission took effect at 4 pm Central Time (2100 GMT).
据路透社报道，中国驻休斯敦总领馆的工作人员于24日下午4点之后，也就是美方所发出的“关闭令”生效后不久离开了总领馆大楼。在此之后不久，一伙疑似是美国执法人员的人强行打开了中国驻休斯敦总领馆的后门并闯了进去。
After the men pried open a rear door and went inside, two uniformed members of the US State Department’s Bureau of Diplomatic Security arrived to guard the door. They did not respond to questions from reporters.
路透社称，有记者曾询问这伙人的身份，但他们没有作答。在这伙人进入中国驻休斯敦总领馆后，有两名身穿美国国务院外交安全局制服的工作人员在门口负责把守，他们也没有回答记者的提问。

Federal officials, some believed to be with the State Department, gained entry to the facility just before 5 pm local time on Friday, using power tools to pry open a back door after failing to breach three different entrances, the Houston Chronicle reported.
中国驻美使馆将暂管休斯敦总领馆工作
北京时间25日晚间，中国驻美国大使馆发表《关于中国驻美国使馆代管驻休斯敦总领馆领区工作职责的声明》。
声明如下：
7月21日，美方悍然单方面要求中方限时关闭驻休斯敦总领馆，此举严重违反国际法和国际关系基本准则以及《中美领事条约》的有关规定，蓄意破坏中美关系。中方予以强烈谴责、坚决反对，敦促美方尽快撤销有关错误决定。
On July 21, the US abruptly demanded that the Chinese Consulate-General in Houston cease all operations and events within a time limit. This decision seriously violates international law, basic norms governing international relations and the Consular Convention Between China and the United States. China strongly condemns and firmly opposes this move that sabotages China-US relations, and urges the US side to immediately revoke its erroneous decision.
中国驻美国使领馆始终致力于推动中美关系健康稳定发展，致力于增进两国的交往合作和两国人民之间的友谊。美方此举严重损害美南各州人民同中国的正常交流合作和获得中国政府领事服务的权利，完全不得人心。
The Chinese Embassy and Consulates-General in the United States have always been committed to the healthy and stable development of China-US relations, to China-US exchanges and cooperation and to the two peoples' friendship. The US move has seriously damaged the regular exchanges and cooperation between the people of the southern part of the United States and China and their right for consular services from the Chinese government. It is completely against the people's will.
考虑到美国南部各州与中国继续开展交流合作的愿望和需求，为解决美方无理行径给美南各州与中国交往造成的实际困难，中国驻美使馆将暂时代管驻休斯敦总领馆原承担的工作，一如既往地竭诚为领区各界人士提供各项服务。
Taking into account of the desire and needs of the southern part of the US for continued exchanges and cooperation with China and the practical difficulties that may come up, the Chinese Embassy in the United States will temporarily take over the work of the Consulate-General in Houston, and continue the various services for the people in the consular district.
