AF594是一种明亮的水溶性染料，对4到10范围内的pH变化不敏感，AF594可用于高摩尔染料-蛋白质比的蛋白质标记。由此产生的具有高度标记（DOL）的共轭物不会表现出明显的荧光猝灭，可以提高标记产物的检测限度。
AF594 is a bright water-soluble dye that is insensitive to pH changes in the range of 4 to 10. AF594 can be used for protein labeling with high molar dye protein ratio. The resulting conjugates with highly labeled (DOL) do not show obvious fluorescence quenching, which can improve the detection limit of labeled products.
