2489 紫外/可见光检测器错误：Lamp external input conflict（灯外部输入冲突）- 中文版本

故障描述

检测器界面出现 Lamp external input conflict（灯外部输入冲突）信息重启检测器不能解决问题。

环境

2487 双波长吸光度检测器。

2489 紫外/可见光检测器。

原因

2489 通过以太网工作，所以 2489 的 CONFIG（配置）页面中有设置不正确的 Lamp（灯）参数。2489 Configuration（配置）界面中的 [Inject]（进样）设置为 Low（低）而不是 Ignore（忽略）。

解决方法

从 2489 前面板访问 Config（配置）菜单（按 Shift + diag），然后打开第 2 页（共 3 页），检查参数，共有 3 个灯选项：Ignore（忽略）、High（高）和 Low（低）。将灯输入配置从 Low（低）更改为 Ignore（忽略）。

附加信息

 2489 是一款以太网检测器，灯开/关应该由方法通过以太网执行，所以 CONFIG（配置）页面上的灯连接关闭状态应该被设置为 IGNORE（忽略）。

SYMPTOMS

Lamp external input conflict message appears on the detector screen Reboot of detector doesn't resolve error.

2487 Dual-Wavelength Absorbance Detector.

2489 UV/Vis Detector.

CAUSE

The 2489 is working via Ethernet so the Lamp parameter from the CONFIG page of the 2489 has a parameter set incorrectly. The [Inject] setting in the 2489 Configuration screen set to "Low" instead of "Ignore."

FIX or WORKAROUND

From the 2489 front panel access the Config menu (press Shift + diag) then go to page 2 of 3 and check the parameter, you have 3 choices for lamp :Ignore, High and Low. Change the lamp input config to 'Ignore.' from low.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The 2489 is an Ethernet detector and the lamp on/off should come over Ethernet from a method so the LAMP contact closure status from the CONFIG page should be set to IGNORE.
