IL-12 (p70)
白细胞介素 12 (IL-12, IL12) 在具有生物活性时是由两个共价连接的亚基 p35 和 p40 组成的异二聚体 (p70)。p40 亚基与 IL-23 共享。IL-12 由抗原呈递细胞产生，特别是树突细胞和巨噬细胞。IL-12 是一种促炎细胞因子，通过诱导 IFN-γ 产生和增强 NK 和 T 细胞的增殖和细胞毒性来促进 TH1 型反应。
