近日Taylor Swift泰勒·斯威夫特，在2023 年度I Heart Radio的音乐颁奖典礼上获得6项大奖成为iHeart颁奖典礼的大赢家。
此视频是获得Innovator award创新先锋成就奖的获奖感言。
一出歌就获奖无数，就数属霉霉了。对于创新她扬言要敢于做别人没做过的东西，让自己成为先例。但这个过程也许并不会顺利，也许失败很多次才有可能实现梦想，但这就是关键，允许自己失败，不断磨练自己成为更好的自己。

2023年I Heart Radio创新先锋成就奖授予给泰勒·斯威夫特。
Thank you you know, the Innovator Award, I never, a single time woke up in the morning and thought. “You know what I'm gonna do today, I'm gonna go innovate some stuff. ”“Things need to be innovated and I'm going to be the one that does it.”
谢谢大家，对于这个创新奖项，我从来没有哪天早上一醒来就想着说“你知道我今天要干嘛吗，今天我要去创新些东西。”“有些有些东西正等着被创新，而我就是要做到这一点的那个人。”
But what I did do was try to make the right decision for me at the time, whether or not it had ever been successfully done before. And I think maybe that might be the key. Because oftentimes in any industry, people are looking for a precedent, or you know, data that shows this idea is a good one or a feasible one.
但是我所做的是，努力去做当下对我来说是正确的决定，不管这个决定之前是否成功过。我认为这可能就是关键所在。因为通常在任何行业中，人们会先去寻找先例，或者去找数据来证明这个想法是否好的，是否是可行的。
People want an example of something working before. Um, but I think the coolest ideas or moves or choices are the new ones, the ones that set a new precedent. And I'm very privileged because my fans have backed me up in a lot of choices I’ve made like switching genres or re-recording all of my old music.
人们通常希望曾经能有一个成功的案例。但我认为最棒的想法、行动或选择，往往都是新的，都是能够创立新的先例的事情。我非常幸运，因为我的粉丝们一直支持我做出很多选择，例如改变音乐风格或重新录制我所有的旧歌。
But I do wanna say that the thing with these exciting nights and moments and specifically this award that I'm so lucky to have gotten is that, you know, they're shining a light on the choices I made that worked out, right?
但是我想说的是，对于这激动人心的夜晚和时刻，特别是我有幸获得的这个奖项，它们最重要的意义是，我曾经做过的选择，最终都成功了，都被照亮了，对吧？
The ones that turned out to be good ideas. But I really really want everyone to know, especially young people that the hundreds or thousands of dumb ideas that I've had are what led me to my good ideas.
那些最后被证明是好主意的选择。但是我真的真的想告诉每个人，尤其想让年轻人知道，正是我曾经有过成百上千的愚蠢想法，才引导我做出了好的决策。
You have to give yourself permission to fail. I try as hard as I can not to fail cause it's embarrassing, but I do give myself permission too. And you should too. So go easy on yourselves and just make the right choices that feel right for you. And someday someone might think that you've been innovative. Thank you so much for this.
你必须允许自己失败。我会尽我所能避免失败，因为这样会很丢人尴尬，但我也给了自己失败的许可。你也应该这样做。所以，对自己要宽容一些，只要做出对你来说感觉是对的是正确的选择就行了。也许有一天，会有人认为你是一个很有创新精神的人。非常感谢大家，颁给我这个奖。
