上半年GDP增长6.3%，国家统计局：含金量高、来之不易 | 热词打卡

国家统计局15日发布数据，初步核算，上半年我国国内生产总值（GDP）450933亿元，按可比价格计算，同比增长6.3%。

• China's GDP expanded 6.3 percent year-on-year in the first half of 2019 to about 45.09 trillion yuan, data from the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) showed Monday.

分季度看，一季度同比增长6.4%，二季度增长6.2%。

• In the second quarter, the country's GDP rose 6.2 percent year-on-year, lower than 6.4 percent in the first quarter, according to NBS data.

国家统计局新闻发言人毛盛勇（ NBS spokesperson Mao Shengyong）当天在国新办新闻发布会上说：

• “总的来看，上半年国民经济运行在合理区间，延续了总体平稳、稳中有进发展态势。”

• The economic performance was generally stable and remained within a reasonable range, with progress being made in certain areas.

► 分产业看，第一产业增加值23207亿元，同比增长3.0%；第二产业增加值179984亿元，增长5.8%；第三产业增加值247743亿元，增长7.0%。

• A breakdown of the data showed output of the service sector, which accounted for 54.9 percent of the total GDP, rose 7 percent in the first half of the year, outpacing a 3-percent increase in the primary industry and a 5.8-percent rise in the secondary industry.

• 数据显示，上半年，第三产业增加值占国内生产总值比重为54.9%，增长7%，高于第一产业的3%和第二产业的5.8%。

► 需求方面，市场销售稳中有升。

• Retail sales increased by 8.4 percent year-on-year in the first half of this year, compared with 8.3 percent in the first quarter, the data showed.

• 上半年，社会消费品零售总额同比增长8.4%，增速比一季度加快0.1个百分点

► 投资增势也保持基本平稳。

上半年，全国固定资产投资同比增长5.8%，增速比1至5月份加快0.2个百分点。

• Fixed-asset investment growth was 5.8 percent in the first six months combined.

► 与此同时，就业形势总体稳定。

数据显示，上半年，全国城镇新增就业737万人，完成全年目标任务的67%。6月份，全国城镇调查失业率（urban unemployment rate）为5.1%，比上月上升0.1个百分点。

► 此外，经济结构继续优化。

统计显示，上半年，第三产业增长对国内生产总值增长的贡献率为60.3%，高于第二产业23.2个百分点。

• 消费持续拉动经济增长，上半年最终消费支出增长对经济增长的贡献率为60.1%。

新闻发言人毛盛勇对“6.3%”的经济增速做出了详细解读。

❶ 6.3%是比较平稳的速度。结合生态、就业、物价等其他指标，经济增长还是处在合理区间（remained within a reasonable range）。

❷ 6.3%这个数字并不低。今年一季度，中国6.4%的经济增速在全球主要经济体中是最快的。上半年，全球经济增长有所放缓，中国6.3%的增速在全球主要经济体中还会是名列前茅的。

❸ 6.3%是一个含金量比较高的数字。就业情况比较稳定，物价还保持温和上涨、基本稳定的情况，收入增长较快，万元GDP能耗下降2.7%证明生态环境在改善。

❹ 6.3%是一个来之不易的速度。去年以来，世界经济增长和贸易扩张都有所放缓，国内长期积累的结构性矛盾凸显，经济有下行压力（downward growth pressure）。但中国通过推动改革创新，创新宏观调控，优化营商环境，刺激市场主体活力，保证了经济稳中有进。

❺ 6.3%是有后劲支持的速度。上半年经济增长6.3%，为全年6.0%-6.5%的目标（annual target of 6-6.5 percent）奠定了比较好的基础。
