Some computer problems at work but I have solved it 8

How to watch Star Wars in ASCII on Windows 10?

1. First you need to install Telnet. Go to Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows features on or off > look for the Telnet Client and click OK.

2. Now open the command prompt by hitting the windows key + R.

Type this and hit enter:

telnet towel.blinkenlights.nl

Enjoy you Star Wars ASCII adventure!

Other method:

1. First you need to install Telnet. While this was common by default in older systems, that us no longer the case in Windows 10. Go to Control Panel > Programs > Turn Windows features on or off > look for the Telnet Client and click OK.

2. Now open the command prompt by hitting the windows key + R. Type cmd and hit enter.

3. Type pkgmgr /iu:”TelnetClient and hit enter

4. Type telnet and hit enter. Type o and hit enter. This opens up a Telnet connection and the command line will switch to ‘to’.

5. Type towel.blinkenlights.nl and hit enter. You can now connected and the opening credits will roll.

6. Enjoy you Star Wars ASCII adventure!

  Original Work  : Simon Jansen ( http://www.asciimation.co.nz/ )

   Telnetification : Sten Spans ( sten@blinkenlights.nl )

Terminal Tricks : Mike Edwards (pf-asciimation@mirkwood.net)

The hard work was done by Simon and Mike,

I just placed it online in a different format.

So long And Thanks for all the fish

The IPv6 version has extra scenes and extra color support.

So if you want to experience ascii starwars to it's fullest

    you really should get IPv6.

A decent ISP or IPv6 tunnel broker may help getting IPv6

    to your computer.

    Good Luck,
