India is the first country to land a spacecraft near the moon's south pole. The successful landing comes just days after Russia's Luna-25 spacecraft crashed into the moon after losing control.
India's previous attempt to land on the moon failed in 2019, but on Wednesday, scientists and officials clapped at the country's cheered and hugged each other as the spacecraft landed.

@dhruvrawat9476 I am sure he is not an Indian or he is living in parallel universe. Even our street beggars know that there is public toilets and free foods in temple, ashrama,etc.

@denverhui8084 as you say that Russian land more than 50 years ago on the moon but not on the South Pole. Unlikely Russian has fail to land on the South Pole because landing on the South Pole of the moon is not an easy task okkk
