IR-808 azide,IR-808,发射808nm,酯溶性染料修饰叠氮基团(azide),近红外区域吲哚花菁素IR系列染料有机染料有IR-783、IR-806、IR-808、IR-820、IR-820、IR-825这些天然的花菁染料还可以链接不同的基团,例如:修饰琥珀酰亚胺酯NHS,氨基NH2,生物素Biotin,叠氮N3,巯基Thiol-SH等等。

叠氮化物基团可以与Cu(I)催化的点击化学反应中的炔烃部分或无铜点击化学反应中的DBCO部分反应,形成稳定的三唑键。
