通过改革（2016年）之后的真题显示，每次考查三个话题，而且一般是避免当年最直接的热点，比如：到现在也没有考查新冠疫情。所考话题一般是接近的，2020年12月四级考查饮食【南北饮食、团圆饭、鱼】；7/9月四级考查饮食【火锅、茶、烤鸭】；六级类似。
按照此规律，还没有考过的且能出现三个话题可以作为重点。
