– AvengeTale! Sans after Sans destroyed their AU. AvengeTale, a former indoctrinate of the Reaper's Swordsmen and the prophesied "Omniversal Chosen", is a Sans from a destroyed timeline. His timeline, and colleagues, were slaughtered by Sans during an invasion of which he could never have anticipated, and as a result seeks to hunt him down for the pain and suffering he has inflicted, serving as his arch nemesis. Through abusing his enchanted power he ends up accidentally killing Rose, sending Sans into a downward spiral of MADNESS. Appearance and Relations AvengeTale appears normal to Classic Sans, the differences being that he has 3 very large scars that he obtained from his first fight with Sans, a long white elongated hoodie with 2 markings on the sleeves, a black shirt and brown slippers. He carries a neon blue sword, which used to be black, and was enchanted by the Omniverse it's self. He is blind in his left eye, making him unable to use Gaster Blaster attacks and Telekinesis attacks. Normally it would be grey, but it's blue due to being enhanced by the sword's magic, making him able to use his entire range of attacks. AvengeTale has a sign below each of his shoulders on his sleeves, this sign represents the Omniverse. He got scarred with it when the Omniverse first gave him his abilities. Personality AvengeTale appears to have a calm and contained personality, but inside he is fighting depression and self-hatred. He has a tendency to scheme against his enemies before fighting them. This makes him a very, very dangerous fighter in most situations. His one goal in life is to protect the Multiverse from Sans and all other beings akin to him, no matter the cost. Friends & Family AvengeTale's family are all deceased after Sans's invasion. Unfortunately, the closest thing he has to friends are allies. Swordsman #4, his one and only true friend. Originally his mentor, #4 got Avenge used to the job of a swordsman. Eventually they would become close out of profession, to the point that they would eat out at the Grillby's of Avenge's timeline together. Avenge would become somewhat entranced with #4, her true colours being shown outside of their profession, until eventually the Invasion with INSANITY! Sans would commence. She would save his life after diverting Sans's attention away, only to subsequently die for that. In her last moments, she would stab herself with Sans's sword to his dismay, causing him to inherit her power. Kit and Frogger, his colleagues. While not being nearly as significant to him as #4 was, he still felt a strong camaraderie towards them as colleagues in the Reaper's Swordsmen. However, likewise with #4, they would save him from INSANITY! Sans during the invasion, even forcing him to retreat by mortally wounding Rose, his friend. They would die in the ensuing universal collapse, with Frogger telling Avenge, "Go get them, Sans, avenge us!" The Omniverse. Enemies INSANITY! Sans, the Demon Vanquisher of the Multiverse, who dedicated his life to travelling around the Multiverse to extinguish Chara's influence, and humanity in the process. Avenge's main hatred for Sans came from the destruction of his home timeline, wherein Sans butchered all of its inhabitants due to their special SOUL traits. When trying to stop Sans, it only led to Avenge being severely injured, hence his facial scars. From that point on he swore to hunt him down, devoting his life and enchantments to tracking down and defeating the monster who stripped away his own family and identity. Eventually, however, he found them, only to lose him just at the brink of death, with only the corpse of his friend as his consolation. REAPER! Sans (not to be confused with ReaperTale, this version is Ch1kn's take), the over-arching overseer of life & death in the Multiverse, Avenge's employer, and the executive founder of the Reaper's Swordsmen. Since Reaper was put in such a powerful position, he has always been fascinated with the idea of a "Chosen One", especially when he learned about the possibility of an Omniversal Chosen through his tenure. For his entire career he has been scouring, and eventually he found the perfect vessel, Avenge. He indoctrinated Avenge into his Swordsmen, only to betray him later on with the Invasion of his home timeline. Avenge would fight Reaper out of anger and VENGEANCE, only to be defeated easily. In his last moments of courage, Avenge would be enchanted with Omniversal power and beat Reaper. With Reaper's final goal of activating the Omniversal Chosen in succession, he would die in bliss. The Commanding Swordsman, the commander of the Reaper's Swordsmen and Avenge's former mentor. The Commander has always been a very formal individual unlike his friend Swordsman #4, instead choosing the will of his boss over most other things. Reaper never revealed his true intentions to the Commander, so when Spike alerted him that Avenge went rogue, he took action, first attempting to reason with Avenge and then outright trying to kill him. When Reaper died to Avenge's hands, the Commander was left with nothing but bitterness to Avenge, and the entire Reaper's Swordsmen in his own hands. Spike, Avenge's colleague turned nemesis. Spike never really was fond of Avenge, even before the Invasion, but when finding out that Avenge had been the sole survivor of an attack from INSANITY!, he rushed to inform Reaper and the Commander that Avenge had murdered his team. Infuriated but scared, Avenge hid away until he was eventually found. Before he could be captured, however, Avenge absorbed the power from the SOULs in storage, and stabbed Spike before Spike could get a good hit in. Eventually Avenge teleported away to fight Reaper, and in the ruins of that battle, Spike would become the new Commander with the Commander himself becoming the new leader of the Reaper's Swordsmen. AvengeTale's source of extreme god power comes from the Omniverse, who enchanted his sword with abilities far greater than his own. AvengeTale never intended to "kill" Rose, he actually considered her a slave to Sans and wanted to free her Avengetale himself isn't Omniversal, his blade itself however is much closer to such a level.
