How do you balance life and work?

oh,well,since I'm a freelancer.on the whole,I'm swaped with work and daily chores.oh,there isn't a clear line for me.and normally I'll make a structured plan before doing my work.then I'm able to prioritize my time and maximize productivity.this can be done by using some time management apps like Monday and my favorite one SHORTCUTS.but I have to say th worst part of freelancer is that.It's almost impossible to set the boundaries.I mean,some people may shut down their computers after work.or mark in their hours on a shared calendar app.this way,there are less likely to receive emails and meeting proposals.during the non-work hours。But I can't do that because I have variable workloads.less certainty。sometimes makes me really anxious and whatever the cause that imblancee maybe，I'll be feeling depressed 。

so at that time.I'm go for a jog in the neighborhood or do some stretches.there are good meditation tools and I'll be way better after doing workouts.Anyways,work-life balance is so important.and I started to realize that if we just keep working we can't get higher quality of life as well as personal satisfaction.you know,all work and no play makes Jack a fool boy.
