外国人申请来华工作，如何算积分？
外国人在华工作类型被分为三大类，A类（外国高端人才，鼓励类）、B类（外国专业人才，控制类）、C类（外国普通人员，限制类）三类，按照外国人来华工作分类标准实行分类管理。您必须达到至少C类，才能申请外国人来华工作许可。我们可以通过积分来划分A、B、C三类，那么如何算积分？我们且来看看。

总分大于或等于85分的，符合外国高端人才A类，此类人才材料相应简化、审批时间较短，可申请较长的工作许可证（3-5年）。
If the total score is greater than or equal to 85 points, the foreign high-end talents are eligible for Category A, and the materials of such talents are simplified, the examination and approval time is shorter, and they can apply for A longer work permit (3-5 years).
总分大于或等于60分的，符合外国专业人才（B类），此类人员应申请工作许可证要按照规定准备相关的申请材料，审批时间相较A类较长。通常会批准一年的有效期，次年需延期。
If the total score is greater than or equal to 60 points, it is qualified for foreign professional talents (Category B). Such personnel shall apply for work permit and prepare relevant application materials according to regulations, and the examination and approval time is longer than that of Category A. A one-year period is usually granted, with an extension for the following year.
总分小于60分的，属于其他外国人员（C类），此类人员主要指在华从事短期性工作的外国人员或者符合国家政策规定满足国内劳动力市场需求的其他外国人员，申请难度较大。
If the total score is less than 60, it belongs to other foreign personnel (Class C), which mainly refers to foreign personnel engaged in short-term work in China or other foreign personnel in line with national policies and regulations to meet the needs of the domestic labor market, and the application is relatively difficult.
