The reason about why I write this letter is I think the shop made a mistake.

I bought a black sports bag in your shop on the Internet.But when I received the box and opened it, I found a white bag with a big hole at the bottom. I’m angry with with not only your mistake on the post but also the quality of your product. I’m upset with your careless service attitude.

To solve the problem,

you should get my money back.

It couldn’t be better if you have black sports bag that is made from France leather. You can replace the products and I’ll pay for the new one if it reaches my standard.
