from my perspective , if someone has broken company rules , we should definitely report him or her for real .

from my perspective , if someone has broken the company rule , there is no need for us to report him or her , for real .
here is my first reason , reporting someone who has breached company rules does nothing but harm to the interpersonal relationships between colleagues , which makes it uncomfortable or nerve racking for everyone in the same workplace , for example ,....
secondly ,
reporting is not the appropriate way to get problems solved , instead effective communication is what makes sense which is the job duty of a manager , it is not within coworkers' obligation or responsibility to report someone who deserves a chance of self adjustment , for instance ,....
