Recently Britian has been struck by a large workforce shortage. This came after Brexit and its, supported by the voters, removal of foreign workers from the EU. The question posed by a radio host was "how do we deal with a lack of workers?". This isn''t the right question. The real question should be "how is it that a country has so many jobs available, so much so, that there is a large shortage?" The answer is that Britian had been importing temporary workers from the EU who work the low wage jobs which allowed for the country to engage in an excess of international buisness (which creates an excess of wealth they shouldn''t have access to). So, when Britain kicked out the demonized "immigrants" a large number of low wage jobs were left unfilled, causing problems that are crippling the country. 
The use of demonizing immigrants by political parties and the dependance of those immigrants for the functioning of the country will result in a collapse of the country if the politicians are to stupid to know how their own game is played. They are supposed to demonize the immigrants in order to control voters with hate, while at the same time quietly continue the influx of immigrants into the country without the voters knowledge.
Simply put, the current RICH in Britain who control the country are dumber then their forefathers. Yet, all they need to solve these problems is innovation which China implements. China, a country that isn''t bigoted. Well done China.
