一、二手机械申报所需要的单证资料：

1. 进口许可证（import license）

2.箱单，发票，合同（Packing list, invoice, contract）

3.商品信息：产品名称.总数.包装.净重及体积等；（Product information: product name, total quantity, packaging, net weight and volume, etc.）

4.给出使用手册、照片等信息内容(如果是木包装箱，要提前消毒灭菌)（Give the user manual, photos and other information (if it is a wooden packing box, it should be disinfected in advance)）

二、二手机械进口清关报关流程：

1、提交相关资料并缴纳税款（Submit relevant information and pay taxes.）

2、发运货物至指定港口（Shipment of goods to the designated port）

4、备货并准备必要的单证（Stock up and prepare necessary documents.）

出口二手设备还需要有几个注意事项：

1、装柜前请提供清晰的装柜照片，包括装柜前的空柜照片(地板， 柜壁)，以及装半柜时和装柜后，打封条后的照片(封条号，关门照)避免一些大型机器设备在装卸过程中造成货柜地板或柜壁破损，还柜时产生额外修柜费。

2、装柜时务必将机器上的机油柴油放干，如机器漏油务必处理还在出，不然目的港还柜会有洗柜费产生，严禁易燃易爆品装柜。

3、出口所需的实木卡板必须是熏蒸过有 IPPC 标志盖章，胶合板卡板出口不受限制。

4、提前咨询设备出口监管条件，确认是否需要办理特殊单证。

6、旧设备出口必须要做中检，并出具中检报告方可发货。

7、设备如果有木质包装，附上IPPC标示，或提供熏蒸证。
