艾美捷Immunochemistry 天冬氨酸蛋白酶Caspase-1活性检测试剂盒原理:
FLICA试剂FAM-YVAD-FMK(Ex/Em = 488nm/530nm),是无细胞毒性的,细胞膜渗透抑制剂。进入每个细胞,并不可逆地与活化的caspase-1结合。任何未结合的FAM-YVAD-FMK-FLICA试剂扩散出细胞并被冲走。因此留在细胞内的绿色荧光直接体现了活性caspase-1酶活性的。荧光结果可通过荧光酶标仪、荧光显微镜、流式细胞仪进行分析。
