（职能部门）
【岗位职责】
- Support Performance review cycle from end to end, including document preparation, driving the process and delivering high quality tasks
- Prepare performance data in excel and PPT format
- Draft e-mails according to performance review needs
- Generate performance review reports and survey data
- Play a PMO (Project Management) role for the review package preparation process
- Data clean and analysis
- Draft slides for review meetings
- Support local talent review meeting and logistics

【任职要求】
- Fluent communication both in oral and written English
