在中国农历中，立秋意味着夏天的结束和秋天的开始。

In Chinese lunar (月亮的)calendar (日历),the Start of Autumn means the end of summer/fall and the beginning of autumn.

立秋带来的首先是天气变化，气温逐渐下降。

First thing,which is brought by the Start of Autumn is the change of weather.

The temperature drops gradually.

人们看到树叶开始变黄飘落时，知道秋天已经来临，这就是所谓的“一叶知秋”。

When people see(that) leaves turn yellow and start to fall,they know that the autumn has arrived. This is called“one fallen leaf indicates/show the autumn”.

但此时酷热的天气并未完全结束，高温通常还会持续一段时间，被称为“秋老虎”。

However ,in this time ,the hot weather isn't completely over.The heat usually lasts for a while ,know as “Tiger of the autumn”.
