英语作文人工批改：correctly可用于句首吗？

初看一下这个问题，感觉correctly不会用于句首，但仔细一想，好像又可以。于是查了一些资料，查到了三个例子：

Correctly handle the contradictions among the people. 正确处理人民内部矛盾。（范程佳主编《大学英语多功能词典》北京大学出版社）

Correctly, he had trusted her integrity. 他相信了她的诚实，他这样做是对的。（《英语语法系列：连词》）

When anaccident happens, quite correctly questions are asked. 当事故发生时，理所当然要询问一些情况。（《柯林斯Cobuild高阶英汉双解学习词典》）

第一句的correctly用于祈使句的句首，用于修饰动词handle，是为了起强调作用。

第二、三句的correctly用于句首，均属句子副词，用于修饰句子，相当于it was correct that he had trusted her integrity. / It is quitecorrect that questions are asked when an accident happens.
