The United States Secretary of State Antony Blinken underscored the need for free and open commercial and private transit through the Lachin corridor, State Department spokesperson Ned Price said at a press briefing.

欧盟对外行动署在一份声明中表示，欧盟注意到国际法院发布的具有约束力的命令，表明阿塞拜疆应采取一切可用措施，确保人员、车辆和货物沿拉钦走廊双向畅通无阻。

The EU takes note of the binding order issued by the ICJ, indicating that Azerbaijan shall take all measures at its disposal to ensure unimpeded movement of persons, vehicles and cargo along the Lachin corridor in both directions, the EEAS said in a statement.
