Answer 答案：
IOP > 30 mm Hg requires emergent ophthalmology consultation and IOP > 40mm Hg should prompt immediate therapy to decompress the orbit. This typically is done by performing the lateral canthotomy。
IOP> 30 mm Hg要请眼眶紧急会诊，IOP> 40 mm Hg要立即进行眼眶减压处理。通常进行外眦切开术。
