热处理规范：退火,680～700℃高温回火空冷;淬火,950～1050℃油冷;回火275～350℃空冷。

17Cr16Ni2金相组织：组织特征为马氏体型。

交货状态：一般以热处理状态交货，其热处理种类在合同中注明；未注明者，按不热处理状态交货。

17Cr16Ni2物理性能：

临界点温度 (近似值)：Ac1=810°C、 Ar1=780°C、Ms=357°C。

17Cr16Ni2是马氏体不锈钢中强度与韧性搭配较好的一种钢种。是低碳铬镍型耐蚀钢, 具有较高的强度和硬度。对氧化性的酸类 (一定温度、浓度的硝酸、大部分的有机酸), 以及有机酸水溶液都有良好的耐蚀性. 亚温淬火能有效地抑制该钢的高温回火脆性。可以使钢的脆性转化温度降低, 韧性得到改善, 断口形貌由准解理型变为韧窝型, 合金元素向基体和δ-铁素体中的富集程度增大,在改善钢韧性的同时仍保持较高的强度水平。但该钢焊接性能不好, 易产生裂纹, 因此制造具时, 不宜进行焊接。
