一、Investment & Business Analysis Manager

工作职责
Assist in or lead the investment process to help Tencent gain exposure to the most compelling fintech/blockchain opportunities globally.
Be involved in every step of the investment process, from origination/sourcing, to evaluation, proposal/presentation, negotiation, execution, ongoing portfolio monitoring and management.
Liaise across the company internally. Understand where internal business units are headed and facilitate cooperation between them and investees.
工作要求
Passionate about Internet and long-term investing globally in fintech and blockchain. Candidate wants to build a career as a venture investor.
Bachelor or master’s degree in computer science, mathematics, or engineering major.
5+ years of work experience on the buyside (hedge fund, PE, or VC ie. public or private markets are fine).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, motivation, and self-directedness.
Strong analytical skills, problem solving skills.
Fluency in English and Chinese.
二、TB-Capital Markets Analyst / Senior Analyst

工作职责
Your specific responsibilities may include, but will not be limited to:
· Equity and equity-linked deal origination and execution across exchanges (US, HK, A-share and others)
· Follow capital market developments and market activities, and monitor listed portfolio performance
· Stock trading analysis including shareholder base, liquidity, fund flow and etc.
工作要求
We are looking for people who are highly intelligent and responsible, have genuine enthusiasm and curiosity about business nature, and have a high level of integrity.
· Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Finance, or related field
· 1-3 years of working experience at IBD/ECM team in a top-tier foreign investment bank, or equivalent working experience at IBD/ECM/Sales & trading team in a top-tier Chinese broker
· Deep critical thinking, strong analytical and communication skills, and a team-oriented personality
· Fluency in both English and Chinese
