14.4 与双宾语相似的结构
这种结构与汉语思维一致,容易理解。但学习者却不敢用,因为它们与双宾语结构
相似,但又有不同,学习者用双宾语结构更多些,最后造成了语言学上的“过渡概括”(overgeneralization)现象。
1. He’ll fine me a flock of sheep. 他将会罚我一群羊。
2. While I was eating it, several sly questions were asked me.
当我在吃它的时候,有人问了我几个诡秘的问题。
3. She asked him his name. 她问她叫什么名字。
4. I envy you your fine garden. 我嫉妒你有漂亮的花园。

8. The early settlers, who were called Pilgrims, had left their native England because
