English is not only a language,but a new thinking way. Communication is only the second progress of language learning. The first progress is trying to understand and analysis and knowing more about things what it's truthly are. it's so important to have a skill that you can express  your opinion clearly.If you own that skill,you can talk to everyone about their own  opinion.They are willing to talk with you.you can  exchange your idea,then you got two idea. Output can make input more clearly. Maybe only  ten percent of input can exchange to output,it doesn't matter,just do it! If you don't have your own idea ,you can be persuade easily.while communicate with others,If you don't understand what others talking about,what he's meaning is,you can try to repeat it in another way. Write is the process of slow  thinking through paper. Write down what you're thinking about can  clean away the trash in your mind.And it helps you to think clearly and quickly. Then you can do better.What's most,you can argue with others more clearly and thoughtly.Talking about something has no duty,it has no record.but words written to paper can be memory,it can be seen many years later. It's   accessiable  to ask stupid question. Don't be afraid of act foolish when you start to learn a new thing. Each great man in every jobs is knowing nothing about their job  originally.They grow up quickly through asking questionsand do better. it's important to have a skill that you can make a nice report.So you have to write something and summarize it everyday. If you do a lot of work .But if you can't summarize it ,you can't talk about it clearly.Then a man who can summarize it smoothly will take away your hard working.
