Its safe torque-off function prevents circuit tripping from restarting, thereby increasing productivity while reducing machine downtime. With ISO 13849-1 PLe/SIL3 certification, 2094-BM01-S requires an external safety relay to meet EN954-1 Class 3 industry standards. Secure speed monitoring allows users to monitor and slow down applications to perform work without shutting down the entire machine. The driver also features a multi-turn absolute value encoder to maintain device position during power failures. The peak enhancement configuration of the 2094-BM01-S can handle athletic applications that require rapid acceleration and deceleration within a limited time horizon. The factory configured 150% peak current rating can be set to a maximum of 250% using RSLogix 5000 software. This reduces the number of shaft modules required, thereby reducing panel space requirements.
