Nearly two decades have passed since the cyborg armies of CABAL blazed their trail of destruction across a terrified planet. Now, just as the world seems once again at peace, unconfirmed reports of a similar bio-mechanical menace have started to in from Central Asia and the Russian Steppes.

GDI has refused all requests for comment, but an anonymous inside source has informed QVCX that the rumors are being taken quite seriously, with multiple investigation teams being briefed and dispatched as we speak.
