一周内饮食以清淡为主、禁烟酒辛辣

Within a week, the diet is mainly light, smoking and alcohol are forbidden, and the food is spicy

术后3天建议多眨眼，多睁眼

It is recommended to blink more and open more eyes 3 days after operation

1周内不要距离 运动，不要大量出汗

Don't exercise at a distance within 1 week, and don't sweat a lot

操作后眼部出现紧绷感，是正常现象，若感觉不适请联系医生

It is normal for the eyes to feel tight after operation. If you feel unwell, please contact a doctor

避免熬夜，在灯光暗的地方大量用眼

Avoid staying up late and use your eyes in dark places
