        你会看到大部分使用的工具是  speedtest 这个APP，或者speedtest网页上的测试工具。
很多人的手机上有这个APP：speedtest。

使用bing 搜索 关键词 speedtest，找到其网站

进入其网站后，在里面找到排行榜  ：  https://www.speedtest.net/global-index

 找到  Fixed Broadband  ，也就是宽带这个栏下面：
            排行榜中
59名    Philippines
67名     Australia

点击进去之后，可以看到菲律宾的具体数据图

菲律宾宽带的下行速率是55mbps，上行是52mbps。
澳大利亚是下行51mbps，上行17mbps

有的人自然会很困惑，一般的说 ，澳大利亚这样的富裕国家的基础设施会好于贫穷的国家，例如菲律宾。  但现实数据表明不一致。

澳大利亚是第一个禁止华为建设5G的国家，在中国的媒体上，澳大利亚和5G的关系，这些是热词，很多人接触过相关信息。但澳大利亚的宽带了解的很少。

带着这样的疑问，在搜索 bing  中，选择输入 关键词   australia broadband failure  ，关键是要有failure这个关键词 。

The A$50 billion ($34.4 billion) project does not want for critics, who point out that, despite the lavish state funding, the country remains below average in global broadband rankings.


The National Broadband Network (NBN) is one of Australia’s most significant infrastructure projects: a major source of government expenditure that was established to provide high capacity data communications across the nation for both individuals and organisations.Over a decade since first being introduced to Australia, the project has experienced many shifts in development plans, botched rollouts and continued performance issues, making it one of the country’s biggest infrastructure failures in history.


“International studies are showing that we are at the very bottom of the list [for speed and affordability] … we are paying more for less,” Dr Alizadeh said.
