这种合金具有较高的力学性能、减磨性能和耐蚀性,易切削加工,钎焊和焊接性能好,收缩系数小,无磁性。可用线材火焰喷涂和电弧喷涂制备青铜衬套、轴套、抗磁元件等涂层。尺寸规格有Ф1.6mm、Ф2.3mm。具有较高的强度、耐蚀性和优良的铸造性能,长期以来广泛应用于各工业部门中。
(1)锡青铜以锡为主要合金元素的铜基合金称锡青铜。工业中使用的锡青铜,锡含量大多在3%~14%之间。锡含量小于5%锡青铜适于冷加工使用;锡含量为5%~7%的锡青铜适于热加工;锡含量大于10%的锡青铜适于铸造。
锡青铜在造船、化工、机械、仪表等工业中广泛应用,主要用以制造轴承、轴套等耐磨零件和弹簧等弹性元件以及抗蚀、抗磁零件等。
铍青铜以铍作为主要合金组元的一种无锡青铜。含有1.7~2.5%铍及少 量镍、铬、钛等元素,经过淬火时效处理后,强度 极限可达1250~1500MPa,接近中等强度钢的水 平。在淬火状态下塑性很好,可以加工成各种半成 品。铍青铜具有很高的硬度、弹性极限、疲劳极限 和耐磨性,还具有良好的耐蚀性、导热性和导电 性,受冲击时不产生火花,广泛用作重要的弹性元 件、耐磨零件和防爆工具等。
