In this expansion pack, we can see 16 new characters, and we can play a new mechanism: 议事/Discussion!

If buy Pack Stand, we will have a chance to get New IF Character, 群曹操/IF Cao Cao!

Now, let's see the new characters this pack!

New Mechanism 议事/Discussion:

Every player who joins Discussion shows 1 hand card (player doesn't have hand card can't join Discussion), check the number of Red Cards and Black Cards in these shown cards, then execute corresponding effects if Reds are more than Blacks or Blacks are more than Reds. If Reds are same with Blacks, the effects wouldn't be executed.

【政略】 Political Strategy

主公角色的回合结束后，你可以摸一张牌，然后令一名没有“猎”标记的角色获得“猎”，若其本回合没有造成过伤害，则改为令两名没有“猎”的角色获得“猎”；你对有“猎”的角色使用牌无距离和次数限制；每名角色的回合限一次，当你对有“猎”的角色造成伤害后，你可以摸一张牌井获得造成此伤害的牌。

When Monarch's turn ends, you can draw 1 card, then order a character who doesn't have Prey token to get Prey, if Monarch hasn't caused damage in this turn, change to order 2 characters who don't have Prey to get Prey.

1 time in every turn, after you cause damage to the character who has Prey, you can draw 1 card and get the card that causes damage.

【会猎】 Collective Hunting

觉醒技，准备阶段，若有“猎”的角色数大于2，则你减1点体力上限，然后获得“平戎”和“飞影”。

Awakened Skill, when your Start Phase begins, if the characters who have Prey are more than 2, you reduce 1 life limit, then get 平戎 and 飞影.

〖平戎〗 Pacify Foreign Tribes

每轮限一次，每名角色的回合结束时，你可以选择一名有“猎”的角色并移去其“猎”，然后于此回合结束后你执行一个额外回合，该回合结束时，若你于该回合未造成过伤害，则你失去1点体力。

1 time in every round, when every character's turn ends, you can choose a character who has Prey and drop his Prey, then after this turn ends, you play an extra turn, when this extra turn ends, if you haven't caused damage in this extra turn, you lose 1 life point.

〖飞影〗 Flying Shadow

锁定技，其他角色计算与你的距离+1。

Locked Skill, the distance between other character and you +1.

董白/Dong Bai (Qun 3)

【恃宠】 Be In Favour 

转换技，当你使用牌指定其他角色为唯一目标后，阳：你可以获得目标角色一张手牌；阴：目标角色可以交给你一张手牌。

Converted Skill, after your card chooses other character as unique target, Yang: you can get his 1 card; Yin: target can give 1 card to you.

【连诛】 Be implicated

出牌阶段限一次，你可以展示一张黑色手牌并交给一名其他角色，然后视为你对所有势力与其相同的其他角色各使用一张【过河拆桥】。

1 time in your Play Phase, you can show 1 Black Hand Card and give it to another character, then consider as you use Burning Bridges to every other character whose force is same with him.

段煨/Duan Wei (Qun 4)

【狼灭】 Exterminate The Wolf

其他角色的结束阶段，你可以选择一项：1. 若其于此回合内使用过类别相同的牌数不小于两张，则你弃置一张牌，然后摸两张牌；2. 若其于此回合内造成过的伤害点数不小于2，则你弃置一张牌，然后对其造成1点伤害。

When other character's End Phase begins, you can choose:

1. if the number of same type cards he used in this turn is no less than 2, you discard 1 card, then draw 2 card;

2. if the damage he caused in this turn is no less than 2, you discard 1 card, then cause 1 damage to him.

何进/He Jin (Qun 4)

【诏兵】 Military Edict

结束阶段，你可以弃置全部手牌，然后令至多X名其他角色各选择一项：1.展示并交给你一张【杀】；2.失去1点体力（X为你此次弃置的牌数）。

When your End Phase begins, you can discard all hand cards, then order at most X other characters to choose in turn: 1. show an Attack and give it to you; 2. lose 1 life point. (X is the number of cards you discard in this time)

【诛宦】 Kill Eunuchs

准备阶段，你可以展示所有手牌并弃置其中全部【杀】，然后令一名其他角色选择一项：1.受到1点伤害，然后弃置X张牌；2.令你回复1点体力，然后你摸X张牌（X为你此次弃置【杀】的数量）。

When your Start Phase begins, you can show all hand cards and discard all Attacks in them, then order another character to choose: 1. take 1 damage, then discard X cards; 2. order you to recover 1 life point, then you draw X cards. (X is the number of Attacks you discard in this way)

【延祸】 Prolong Disaster 

锁定技，当你死亡时，你令此局游戏【杀】造成的伤害+1。

Locked Skill, when you die, you order the damage Attack causes +1 in this match.

皇甫嵩/Huangfu Song (Qun 4)

【观火】 Watch The Fire

出牌阶段，你可以视为使用一张【火攻】。当你以此法使用的未造成伤害的【火攻】结算后，若此次为你于此阶段内第一次发动本技能，则你令此阶段内你使用【火攻】造成的伤害+1，否则你失去“观火”。

During your Play Phase, you can consider as use a Fire Stratagem. After the Fire Stratagem you use in this way and didn't cause damage is settled, if this time is first time you launch this skill in this phase, you order the damage your Fire Stratagem causes +1 in this phase; otherwise, you lose 观火.

【居下】 Under Others 

每名角色的回合限一次，当其他角色使用牌指定你为目标后，若其技能数大于你，则其可以令此牌对你无效，然后令你摸两张牌。

1 time in every turn, after other character's card chooses you, if his skills are more than you, he can order this card is invalid to you, then order you to draw 2 cards.

朱儁/Zhu Jun (Qun 4)

【分敌】 Disperse The Enemy 

每名角色的回合限一次，当你使用【杀】指定唯一目标后，你可以展示该角色至少一张手牌，然后令其只能使用或打出此次展示的牌直到此【杀】结算后。若如此做，此【杀】对其造成伤害后，你获得这些牌。

1 time in every turn, after your Attack chooses unique target, you can show his at least 1 hand card, then order him only can use or play these cards until this Attack is settled. If you do this, after this Attack causes damage, you get these cards.

【拒降】 Refuse enemy's surrender 

除摸牌阶段外，当你获得牌时，你可以弃置这些牌，令当前回合角色于此回合内额定的出牌阶段内可以多使用X张【杀】（X为你此次弃置牌的花色数）。

When you get cards without your Draw Phase, you can discard these cards, order the character who plays current turn can use extra X Attacks in Rated Play Phase of this turn. (X is the number of suits in the cards you discard in this time)

孙坚/Sun Jian (Qun 4)

【平讨】 Settle Down and Crusade 

出牌阶段限一次，你可以令一名其他角色选择一项：

1.交给你一张牌，然后令你于此回合内可以多使用一张【杀】；

2.令你视为对其使用一张无次数和距离限制的一张【杀】。

1 time in your Play Phase, you can order another character to choose:

1. give 1 card to you, then order the number of Attack you can use +1 in this turn;

2. order you consider as use an Attack that doesn't have limit about the number of times and distance.

【绝烈】 Fierce

若你是手牌数最少或体力值最小的角色，则你使用的【杀】伤害+1；当你使用的【杀】指定一名角色为目标后，你可弃置任意张牌，然后弃置其等量的牌。

If your hand cards or life points are (one of) the least, the damage your Attack causes +1. After your Attack chooses a target, you can discard any cards, then discard his same amount of cards.

孔融/Kong Rong (Qun 3)

【礼让】 Comity

每轮限一次，其他角色的摸牌阶段开始时，你可以交给其两张牌，然后此回合的弃牌阶段结束时，你可以获得其于此阶段内因弃置而进入弃牌堆的牌。

1 time in every round, when other character's Draw Phase begins, you can give him 2 cards, then when Discard Phase of this turn ends, you can get the cards that go into Discard Pile because he discards in this phase.

【争义】 Strive For Loyalty

当你每回合首次受到伤害时，本轮因“礼让”效果而获得牌的其他角色可以令你将伤害转移给其。

When your take damage first time in every turn, other character who gets card because of 礼让 can order you to move this damage to himself.

王荣/Wang Rong (Qun 3)

【丰姿】 Beautiful Appearance

出牌阶段限一次，当你使用基本牌或普通锦囊牌时，你可以弃置一张类别相同的手牌，令此牌的结算执行两次。

1 time in your Play Phase, when you use Basic Card or Normal Scroll Card, you can discard 1 hand card with same type, order the settlement of this card to execute 2 times.

【吉占】 Auspicious Divination

摸牌阶段开始时，你可以改为展示牌堆顶的一张牌，然后你猜测牌堆顶下一张牌的点数大于或小于此牌，然后展示之，若猜测正确，则你重复此流程；否则你获得此次以此法展示的牌。

When your Draw Phase begins, you can change to show the top card of Card Pile, then you guess the point of next top card is more or less than this card, then show the next top card. If your guess is correct, you repeat this process; otherwise, you get these shown cards in this way. 

【赋颂】 Odes

当你死亡时，你可以令一名体力上限大于你的其他角色选择一项：1. 获得“吉占”；2. 获得“丰姿”。

When you die, you can order a character whose life limit is more than you to choose: 1. get 吉占; 2. get 丰姿.

许邵/Xu Shao (Qun 3)

【盈门】 A Lot Of Visitors 

锁定技，游戏开始时，你在剩余武将牌堆中随机获得四张武将牌置于你的武将牌上，称为“访客”；回合开始前，若你的“访客”数少于四张，则你从剩余武将牌堆中将“访客”补至四张。

Locked Skill, when game begins, you get 4 random character cards from Character Piles and put them on your character cards, call them Visitors. Before your turn begins, if Visitors are less than 4, you add Visitors to 4 from Character Pile. 

【评鉴】 Evaluate 

你于“访客”的无类型标签或仅有锁定技标签的技能的发动时机可以发动该技能，然后你选择一项：1. 移去该“访客”，然后摸一张牌；2. 移去另一张“访客”。

You can launch Visitors' Skills that don't have tag or only have Locked Skill tag when launch timing of these skills, then you choose: 1. move this Visitor away, then you draw 1 card; 2. move another Visitor away.

刘备/Liu Bei (Qun 4)

【积善】 Accumulated Goodness 

每名角色的回合限一次，当一名角色受到伤害时，你可以失去1点体力并防止此伤害，然后令你与其各摸一张牌；每名角色的回合限一次，当你造成伤害后，你可以在体力值最小的角色中选择一名因“积善”而防止过伤害的角色，然后令其回复1点体力。

1 time in every turn, when a character is taking damage, you can lose 1 life point and prevent this damage, then you and he draw each 1 card. 1 time in every turn, after you cause damage, you can choose a character whose life point is the least and had prevented damage because of 积善, then order him to recover 1 life point.

【振鞘】 Vibrating Sword Sheath

锁定技，你的攻击范围+1；当你使用【杀】指定目标后，若你的武器栏中没有牌，则你令此【杀】的结算执行两次。

Locked Skill, your Attack Range +1. After your Attack chooses target, if no card is in your Weapon Bar, you order the settlement of this Attack execute 2 times.

刘宏/Liu Hong (Qun 4)

【朝争】 Argument At Court 

准备阶段，你可以令所有其他角色议事，结果为：红色，意见为红色的角色各回复1点体力；黑色，意见为红色的角色各失去1点体力。若所有角色意见相同，则议事结束后，你摸X张牌（X为此次议事的角色数）。

When your Start Phase begins, you can order all other characters to make a Discussion, if the result is: Red, every character whose opinion is Red recovers 1 life point; Black, every character whose opinion is Red loses 1 life point. If all characters' opinions are same, after this Discussion ends, you draw X cards. (X is the number of characters in this Discussion)

【甚宠】 Extreme Favor 

限定技，出牌阶段，你可以令一名其他角色获得“飞扬”、“跋扈”，若如此做，当你死亡时，其失去所有技能，然后其弃置全部手牌。

Limited Skill, during your Play Phase, you can order another character to get 飞扬 and 跋扈. If you do this, when you die, he loses all skills, then he discards all hand cards.

(The 甚宠 target will also get 甚宠 token card)

判定阶段开始时，若你的判定区里有牌，则你可以弃置两张手牌，然后选择你判定区里的一张牌弃置之。

【聚敛】 Amass Wealth

主公技，其他群势力角色每回合限两次，当其于其摸牌阶段外不因此技能而摸牌后，其可以摸一张牌；结束阶段，你可以获得所有其他群势力角色各一张手牌。

Monarch Skill, 2 times in other Qun Character's every turn, after he draws cards out of his Draw Phase without this way, he can draw 1 card. When your End Phase begins, you can get 1 hand card from every other Qun Character.

刘焉/Liu Yan (Qun 3)

【立牧】 Set Up The Local Governor 

出牌阶段，你可以将一张方块牌当【乐不思蜀】对你使用，然后你回复1点体力；若你的判定区里有牌，则你对攻击范围内的其他角色使用牌无次数和距离限制。

During your Play Phase, you can use a Diamond Card as Acedia to yourself, then you recover 1 life point. If the card is in your Judgement Zone, the card you use to other character who is in your Attack Range doesn't have limit about distance and the number of times.

【图射】 Attempt To Secede 

当你使用非装备牌指定目标后，你可以展示所有手牌，若其中没有基本牌，则你可以摸X张牌（X为此牌指定的目标数）。

After your Non-equipment Card chooses target, you can show all hand cards, if no Basic Card in them, you can draw X cards. (X is the number of targets this card chooses)

【途绝】 Break Off Halfway 

主公技，出牌阶段限一次，你可以将任意张手牌交给等量的其他群势力角色各一张。若如此做，于此回合内不能选择这些角色为你使用牌的目标。

Monarch Skill, 1 time in your Play Phase, you can give each 1 card to any other Qun Characters. If you do this, your card can't choose these characters in this turn.

王允/Wang Yun (Qun 3)

【赦论】 Discussion on Amnesty 

出牌阶段限一次，你可以选择一名你攻击范围内的其他角色，然后你令除其外所有手牌数不大于你的角色议事，结果为：红色，你弃置其一张牌；黑色，你对其造成1点伤害。

1 time in your Play Phase, you can choose another character who is in Your Attack Range, then you order all characters whose hand cards are no more than you without him to make a Discussion, if the result is: Red, you discard his 1 card; Black, you cause 1 damage to him.

【伐异】 Exclude Dissenters

当你参与议事结束后，你可以对一名意见与你不同的角色造成1点伤害。

After the Discussion you join ends, you can cause 1 damage to a character whose opinion is different with you.

杨彪/Yang Biao (Qun 3/4)

【昭汉】Loyalty to Han

准备阶段，若牌堆未洗过牌，则你回复1点体力，否则你失去1点体力。

When your Start Phase begins, if Card Pile isn't shuffled, you recover 1 life point; oterwise, you lose 1 life point.

【让节】 Chastity

当你受到1点伤害后，你可以移动场上一张牌，然后你可以在于此回合进入弃牌堆的牌中选择一项与此牌花色相同的牌获得之。

After you take 1 damage, you can move 1 card on the desk, then you can choose 1 card that suit is same with this card from the cards that go into Discard Pile in this turn and get it.

【义争】 Fight For Loyalty

出牌阶段限一次，你可以与一名手牌数大于你的角色拼点：若你赢，其跳过下个摸牌阶段；若你没赢，其可以对你造成至多2点伤害。

1 time in your Play Phase, you can Duel Point with a character whose hand cards are more than you: if you win, he skips next Draw Phase; if you don't win, he can cause at most 2 damages to you.

南华老仙/Nanhua Laoxian (Qun 3)

【授术】 Teach Magic 

锁定技，游戏开始时，若场上没有【太平要术】，你可以将游戏外的【太平要术】置入一名角色的装备区内；当场上的【太平要术】离开装备区时，你令此【太平要术】销毁。

Locked Skill, when game begins, if Peaceful Scripture isn't in the game, you can put a Peaceful Scripture outside the game into a character's Equipment Zone. When Peaceful Scripture on the desk leaves Equipment Zone, you destroy it.

【寻道】 Find The Tao

当你的判定牌生效前，你可以选择至多两名有牌的角色，令这些角色各弃置一张牌，然后你选择其中一张代替此判定牌。

Before your Judgement Card takes effect, you can choose at most 2 characters who have cards, you order them to discard 1 card in turn, then you choose one of them to replace original Judgement Card.

【灵化】 Feather

准备阶段，你可以进行【闪电】判定，然后若你未因此而受到伤害，则你可以令一名角色回复1点体力；结束阶段，你可以进行判定结果反转执行的【闪电】判定，然后若你未因此而受到伤害，则你可以对一名角色造成1点雷电伤害。

When your Start Phase begins, you can reveal Thunder Judgement, then if you didn't take damage in this way, you can order a character to recover 1 life point. When your End Phase begins, you can reveal Thunder Judgement that result is reversed, then if you didn't take damage in this way, you can cause 1 Thunder Damage to a character.

太平要术/Peaceful Scripture (Equipment/Armor)

Suit/Point: Heart 3

锁定技，防止你受到的属性伤害；你的手牌上限+X（X为存活势力数-1）；当你失去装备区里的【太平要术】时后，你摸两张牌，然后若你的体力值大于1，则你失去1点体力。

Locked Skill, when you are taking Attribute Damage, prevent it. Your hand card limit +X (X is the number of Forces -1). After you lose Peaceful Scripture in your Equipment Zone, you draw 2 cards, then if your life point is more than 1, you lose 1 life point.

桥玄/Qiao Xuan (Qun 3)

Eastern Han's offcial, he has a strong personality, is not arrogant, and treats people with humility and frugality. He once prophesied that Cao Cao would stabilize the country.

【绝质】 Stop Hostages 

当你失去一张装备区里的装备牌后，你可以废除对应装备栏；你回合内每阶段限一次，当你使用牌对目标角色造成伤害时，其装备区里每有一张与你已废除装备栏对应的装备牌，此伤害便+1。

After you lose an Equipment Card in your Equipment Zone, you can abolish Corresponding Equipment Bar. Every Phase 1 time in your turn, when your card is causing damage to target, this damage +X. (X is the number of Equipment Cards in his Equipment Zone that correspond to your abolished Equipment Bars)

【急召】 Emergency Call-up 

准备阶段或结束阶段，你可以令一名角色选择一项：1. 使用一张牌；2.令你可以移动其区域里的一张牌。

When your Play Phase or End Phase begins, you can order a character to choose: 1. use a card; 2. order you can move 1 card in his zone.
