This is so great !!! Im typing this comment on my way to school. I have been anxious about a difficult assignment for acting class but after listening to this subliminal while getting ready for the day, I feel so much better and at ease ! I am feeling so chill and I'm ready to ask for help with my work !

Update: my mindset has been much more positive, and I’ve had a lot more motivation than usual lately. I’ve been listening mostly to this sub instead of my playlist, but I’ve still been getting results from my playlist as well.
