今天的内容分两部分，英语词汇部分、学习打卡部分。法语语法放在下一个学习循环里。

遇到的问题
回复日常的轻抑郁状态了，负面情绪在将出未出之间。这是我认知的自己最佳的心理状态，与我的目标和生活方式完美契合。
反思
一般这种状态下，如果做事，效率会很高，因为杂念很少，但是危险的地方在于不能停，一停下来就会被负面思绪裹挟，所以任何状态都是考虑如何扬长避短，这种时候拼命做事即可。
我们无法保证我们的心态永久持续稳定积极，那么就用行动推动生命，而不是用思想裹挟脚步，做事做事就好。
