知识点五：海上救助费用合同关系优先于海商法公平分摊救助费用规则。也就是说，A船舶在发生海事需要救助时，船长与救助单位签订的合同要优先于海商法规定的船舶获救后的公平支付救助费用规则。

Knowledge point five: When vessel A meets with maritime accident and need help immediately, the contract signed between the captain and rescuer takes precedence over the rules of Maritime Law about fair allocation of salvage expenses.
