《光年正传》：规规矩矩是宿命
亲爱的朋友们，这周的你过得好吗？成都的夏天永远都像在桑拿房当中，前段时间据说是迎来了雨神萧敬腾的到来，疯狂地下了几天大雨，空气中潮湿而闷热，希望世界各地的你们还是可以找到生活的乐趣。
本周整理了一下我的Empire影评，Empire杂志是我读书时就非常喜欢的英国老牌影评杂志，每一期杂志里都有非常剧烈的视觉冲击力和各路戏剧评论家的大作，能给还在读书的我打开一扇全新的窗户。
今天跟大家分享一篇其中最新的一篇英文影评，我们继续用庖丁解牛般“细嚼慢咽”来慢慢品读这样一份世界级文艺盛宴中的行文用字。

其实，距离《玩具总动员3》上映已经过去了整整12年了，在这12年之间，我给很多人反复推荐过这部动画片，虽然2019年的时候又出了《玩具总动员4》，虽然第四部在各大平台上面的打分也不低，但是在我心目中依旧给《玩3》留着“最佳动画”的位置，那一年带给我的荧幕震撼完全不亚于第一次看《阿凡达》里的潘多拉星球。

说一个人狂妄自大，自以为是就是cocky啦，英文解释是：too confident about yourself。其实也是非常好联想的意思哈，cock本身就是公鸡🐓，一脸的骄傲自满，中文里说一个人过于自恋时会说“孔雀开屏”，孔雀在英文中是peacock，也是含有cock的，所以虚荣骄傲便是如是。

maroon这个单词，其实算是中国乐迷的老朋友了，魔力红乐队maroon 5就是的名字就含有这个单词，那它当名词时的确就是“褐红色”的意思，但是最丧心病狂的是当动词的时候，一切就变了，它居然还是“使孤立，放逐到无人岛“，英文解释是：to place or leave in isolation

plague最常见的意思其实就是“瘟疫”，就是“鼠患”
举个🌰：The city is under threat from a plague of rats.
当然了，这里采用了它动词的意思，也就是指“受困于…“受到了内疚的困扰，所以就是plagued by guilt
Empire例句：Lightyear, and its connection to the world of Toy Story, sparked confusion the moment it was announced. Is it a spin-off, completely separate from the franchise that began in 1995?
《巴斯正传》这个戏，以及它与《玩具总动员》世界的联系，在它被宣布的那一刻就引发了困惑。它是一个独立于1995年开始的系列电影的衍生作品吗?

引发疑惑，spark作为名词是导火线、火花，引申出动词的引发、触发的含义。

衍生品或者副产品，英文解释也很直观：a book, a film/movie, a television programme, or an object that is based on a book，其实就是基于某本书或者电视电影的再创作。spin本身是“快速旋转”，你也可以简单记成基于原著这个根基上面，off下来也就是掉落下来的东西，就是“衍生品”了。

本意是“特许经营权”，在影评中的常见意思是“系列作品”

这部电影是基于《玩具总动员》中现实世界版的宇航员吗？换句话说，这部电影是不是讲的安迪、伍迪等人生活在我们已经实现了星系间太空旅行时代的故事？值得庆幸的是，这部电影用片名说明澄清了这一切，解释说在1995年，一个叫安迪的男孩得到了一个受电影启发的玩具。《阿光正传》正是那部电影。

不过，这部剧真正的主角，其实是Peter Sohn饰演的“私人伴侣机器人”Sox，巴斯的“私人伴侣机器人”Alisha给他分配的任务，因为他努力让船员们回家，导致了一些意想不到的时间效应。Sox是一个可爱的、机智的天才，而Peter Sohn那面无表情的表现非常出色。此外，他还会转头，不停地说“喵喵喵”。
