Things to remember:

 

1. You create your own reality. All of it. Take ownership that all of your current circumstances are based on your previous thoughts that have manifested.

1.你创造了你自己的现实。所有的一切。承认你目前所有的情况都是基于你之前已经显现的想法。

2. Everything that you are seeing and experiencing, your currently reality (AKA the 3D), came into existence from your previous thoughts.

2.你所看到和经历的一切，你当前的现实(又名3D)，都是从你以前的想法中产生的。

3. You have the power to change your reality by changing your thoughts. Think from the version of you that has what you want.

3.你有能力通过改变你的想法来改变你的现实。从拥有你想要的东西的那个你开始思考。（从结果中去思考，我的感觉是啥）

4. Sammy has discovered that the most effective way to change circumstances is to change your thoughts and continue to affirm those thoughts throughout the day.

4.萨米发现，改变环境最有效的方法是改变你的想法，并在一天中不断肯定这些想法。

5. You do not have to believe your affirmations and you can still get what you want.

5.你不必相信你的断言，你仍然可以得到你想要的。

6. When you have a thought that contradicts the reality you desire, you need to “flip it” and replace that thought with an affirmation. In other words, if you are being ghosted by your SP, you would affirm something like: My SP texts me all the time. I am all he/she thinks about. My SP is always contacting me.

7. Persist in affirming your affirmations and the reality that you wish to experience REGARDLESS of what the 3D looks like. Revise on the spot. Example: you are talking to your SP. Your SP says that he/she doesn’t want to be with you. In your mind, you continue to affirm that your SP does want a relationship with you and how much you are loved by your SP.

7.坚持肯定你的主张和你希望在自己的世界里经历的现实，不管3D看起来像什么。当场修改。比如:您正在与您的SP通话。你的SP说他/她不想和你在一起。在你心里，你知道这只是一个选择提示。而确定的现实则是在于你的选择，你继续肯定你的SP确实想和你发展关系，你有多爱你的SP。

8. Sometimes there is a time lag with your manifestations showing up in the 3D. It can be from having thoughts against your manifestation or having the pieces in the 3D come together for your manifestation to come together.

9. Your SP and everyone in your reality does not have free will, so stop giving it to them. You can have the version of that person that you desire, by persisting and affirming.

10. You can change someone’s state, as well as manifest for them.

11. You can have any reality that you desire, as it is you’re the given right of your Godself.

12. Circumstances do not matter. Period. Lives 5,000 miles away -no problem. One hundred 3Ps? Bye, bitches. Once you have a desire, it is spiritual law for it to manifest for you.

13. Stop being a victim in your reality and get it done.

The breakdown: affirm, affirm, affirm.  Persist no matter what the circumstances appear to be, as circumstances do not matter. So put on your crown and give some orders!
