库克说了句大实话：中国从未要求我们解锁iPhone，但美国要求了

当地时间11月20日，苹果得克萨斯州新工厂破土动工（break ground），苹果CEO蒂姆·库克接受美国广播公司新闻网（ABC News）采访，中国再次成了“话题中心”。

众所周知，美国总统特朗普上台后，每天嚷嚷着要美国公司把工厂“搬回美国”。

当记者问到为什么iPhone手机还要在中国制造时，库克表示，iPhone是全球供应链下的产品。

• “The iPhone is the product of a global supply chain.”

至于什么时候才能把苹果手机生产线“搬回美国”，库克坦言这事还“没影儿”（not on the horizon）。

• Ultimately they're assembled in China, and, Cook said, assembling them in the U.S. is not "on the horizon."
  

ABC News报道指出，对于苹果来说，中国可不光是该公司产品的生产地，更是“钱”景广阔的市场（a very lucrative market）。

• China remains one of Apple's most important markets, with approximately 20% of the company's sales now coming from China.
  

• 中国仍是苹果公司最重要的市场之一，该公司约20%的销售额来自中国。

一直以来美国有言论称“中国政府会要求苹果公司解锁iPhone，提供信息”，对此库克回应称：“中国政府从未要求我们解锁过一台苹果手机，但美国要求了。”

• Cook said they have never been asked in China by authorities to unlock an iPhone, but added, referring to the U.S., “I have here. And we stood up against that, and said we can’t do it,” he added.

• 库克称，他们从未被中国政府要求解锁苹果手机，但补充道：“美国要求了。我们对此表示反对，说我们不能这么做。”

至于美国挑起的中美贸易战是否会影响iPhone价格，库克称不想去“猜测”（"speculate"），但他希望中美能达成协议（come to an agreement），这符合双方的利益。

• "I'm so convinced that it's in the best interest of the U.S. and best interest of China, and so if you have two parties where there's a common best interest there has got to be some kind of path forward here. And I think that will happen," said Cook.

记者问，在当前中美关系紧张的局势下，苹果是否担忧与中国的关系时，库克称“中国从未向我们施压，所以我没有这种担忧”。
