‌建议信

1.说明写作目的

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble fitting in your school.Such problem are quite normal.Perhaps the following suggestions are helpful.(很遗憾听说你在适应新学校方面有困难。这样的问题是很正常的。可能下面的建议会有一些帮助。）

I am very glad to receive your letter, asking for my advice on how to fit in  (困境).Here are a few suggestions.

‌投诉信

1.表示歉意

I am writing to you about... which I received/bought ...我将要给你说一下关于我买的……

I am going to complain about .

I am sorry to have to return with this letter..which I received/bought..

2.投诉原因

When we checked..., we noticed.

When I took... out of the bag and examined... closely,I found...

When I unpacked(打开）... and tried to use it, it did not work.

3.希望得到结果

I am returning... under separate post(退货) and look forward to receiving a full refund of...(退货并要求全额退款)

In view of the inconvenience(不方便) that this has caused, I feel you should...

I would be very grateful if you could look into the matter as soon as possible. And I am looking forward to an early reply.

‌道歉信

1.表示歉意

I am writing this letter to express my regret...我写这封信是想表达我的遗憾......

l am writing to apologize for...

我写信是为......道歉

I would like to give you my apology for...

I am excessively/ terribly sorry to say/tell you that...(强调特别抱歉)

2.陈述理由

I should have been(虚拟[我本来应该能，与现实相反]) able to attend your...（一起参加的活动，lecture), but due to the fact that something urgent happened, I'll have to ......

3.补救措施

I want you to know how bad I feel about it and to assure you that it will not happen again.

我想让你知道我有多难过，我向你保证这不会再发生了。

I hope that this does not cause you too much inconvenience.我希望这不会给你带来太多的不便。

If it is convenient for you,let's have another appointment to do sth.如果方便的话，我们再约去做某事.

Is it possible that I make up for the loss by doing sth?可能让我做某事来弥补损失吗?

4.道歉信中结尾段常用句式(请求原谅，语气真诚）:

Please allow me to say sorry again.请允许我再一次说抱歉。

Hope you can accept my apologies and understand my situation.希望你们能够接受我的道歉，理解我的处境。
