which one is better when making a complaint by talking or by writing ?
from my perspective , it is up to how severe the complaint is or who we file a complaint to when it comes to how to do it .
1st as for something trivial that can be solved by someone familiar , talking makes a highly effective way to get the job done which is way more time efficient and handy , for instance ,....
2nd however in terms of something big time that can only be taken care of by some big man , I guess writing seems much more formal and convincing which gives receivers a kind of stress to work on the issue , for example ,.....
