Learning prepositions on the same way as the native speakers~

On: a sense of touching; responsibility falls on sb.; focus/busy on;

stand on her feet; The drinks are on me.; Dinner is on me.; He is on the book.; I'm on the important meeting.; 

PS: Some may only be understood in context.

    eg. I'm on the phone the entire morning.(Maybe playing phone games, fixing the phone etc.)

Against: state in opposite force

You need to put a ladder against the wall.; walk against the wind;
