FIBA国际篮联的合作伙伴TCL的合作促进了很多地区的女子篮球发展。目前TCL也发起了许多项目来进一步促进女子篮球，【Break & Believe】便是其中之一，与之合作的是【Her World Her Rules】。

Her World Her Rules项目的首要目的便是通过各种各样的活动，例如视频中的篮球训练营，招募更多球员，给更多热爱篮球的初学者一些打球的机会以及平台，从而增加女孩们对篮球这项运动的参与，以及大众对女子篮球的关注度。此项目也是FIBA国际篮联在女子篮球这个领域中最受认可的项目之一。除了篮球训练营之外，社交媒体活动也是推动女子篮球的杀手锏之一。
The primary goal of the Her World Her Rules program is to increase girls' participation in basketball and public awareness of women's basketball by recruiting more players and giving more beginner basketball players the opportunity to play through various activities, such as the basketball camps in the video. This program is also one of the most recognized programs in the field of women's basketball by FIBA. In addition to basketball camps, social media campaigns are one of the killer applications to promote women's basketball.

在视频中，我们常听到一句话，“欢迎来到我们的游乐场”。观看视频的观众们都是被邀请的那一位。我们可以感知到乌干达女孩们打篮球的快乐，而她们所希望的是我们一起加入其中，感知篮球的乐趣。视频中的女孩们，放下家务，带着孩子，甚至是离开孩子，学习篮球基础技巧，同时也在学习着生活技巧。虽然艰难，但只要有女孩们从家里进进出出来到这个训练营，就代表了成功。
In the video, we often hear the phrase, "Welcome to our playground". The interviewees in the video are the ones who were invited. We can perceive the joy of the Ugandan girls playing basketball, and what they want is for more girls to join in and perceive the fun of basketball together. The girls in the video were putting aside their chores, bringing their kids, or leaving their kids, to learn the basics of basketball, but also to learn life skills.
