在某地存在某物 人 或是某时发生某事

there 本身无词义

be 有时态区别

主语是人时 用 have

I have a brother and a sister

There is a book on the desk.

There is some water in the botttle.

There was a man in the park.

There will be a museum here.

There be 的否定形式

There be 加 not any 或者 no

There is not any water in the bottle.

There will be no one in the classroom.

There be 句型的疑问式

一般疑问句 将 be动词 提前

特殊疑问句 特殊疑问词 加 一般疑问句

Is there a computer in your room?

Without you , there would be no me.

Then I begin for there.

I go there by ship.

By the time you get there, the meeting will be over.

There have been some problems, but basically it's a good system.
