Nowadays, headlines hit the newspaper on the topic of digital media. There is a huge debate on whether universities should only procure digital materials rather than constantly updating textbooks. As far as I am concerned, I believe that universities can procure digital materials as well as update textbooks.
First and foremost, we need to acknowledge that the reason for using digital media is that digital media is very convenient. Nobody can deny that the convenience of digital media is helpful for us. From my perspective, I believe digital materials are beneficial for us to study at universities.
Secondly, it should be emphasized that textbooks are good for us to study at universities, which is probably due to reliable textbooks. An increasing number of people hold the opinion that textbooks can help us study well. However, I still believe that digital materials are more popular than textbooks.
In conclusion, we should never neglect what we have discussed above. Although the arguments on both sides are strong. I still hold the opinion that universities should procure digital materials as well as update textbooks.
