耿爽三问美方！
美国总统特朗普上周日表示，美国计划向中国派遣调查人员调查疫情相关情况，并称中方应承担相应后果。此外，美国会议员日前也指责中国误导世卫组织对疫情的判断，导致疫情在全球快速蔓延。
对此，外交部发言人耿爽在昨天的例行记者会上表示，国际上并没有过类似的做法。2009年H1N1流感在美国大面积爆发，并蔓延到214个国家和地区，导致近20万人死亡。有谁让美国赔偿了吗？上个世纪80年代，艾滋病首先在美国发现，并且蔓延至全世界，有谁找美国追责了吗？新加坡国立大学教授马凯硕表示，2008年发生在美国的金融动荡，雷曼兄弟公司破产，最终演变成全球的金融危机。有谁要求美国为此承担后果了吗？
Did anyone ask the US to offer compensations for the 2009 H1N1 flu, which was first diagnosed before breaking out on a large scale in the US and then spread to 214 countries and regions, killing nearly 200,000 people? 耿爽强调，美国的敌人是病毒而不是中国。希望美方尊重事实、尊重科学、尊重国际公论，停止对中国无端的攻击、指责，停止发表不负责任的言论，多聚焦国内抗疫，多推动国际抗疫合作。
The US must understand that their enemy is the virus, not China. Attacking and discrediting other countries will not save the time and lives lost. We hope that those on the US side will respect facts, science, and international consensus, stop attacking and blaming China for nothing, stop making irresponsible remarks, and focus instead on fighting the epidemic at home and promoting international cooperation.
外交部：奉劝美方停止造谣推责的把戏
据报道，美国白宫贸易与制造业政策办公室主任纳瓦罗日前接受采访时称，中国以世界卫生组织为挡箭牌隐藏病毒，还囤积个人防护设备牟取暴利。
对此，耿爽表示，说中国囤积个人防护设备更是颠倒是非、指鹿为马。仅以中国向美国提供的抗疫物资为例，他的谎言就不攻自破了。奉劝纳瓦罗之流立即停止玩弄造谣、推责的把戏，把精力放在应对国内疫情上。
It is even more ridiculous to say China hoards personal protective equipment. Navarro's lies will simply crumble at the following facts of China's assistance to the US. We urge Navarro and his like to stop spreading rumors and shifting responsibilities. They should be focusing on fighting the virus at home.
据中国海关不完全统计，3月1日至4月17日，中国对美国提供了各类口罩18.64亿只，医用及其他手套2.58亿双，医用防护服2919万套，护目镜313万副，有创呼吸机156台，无创呼吸机4254台。
According to the incomplete statistics from Chinese customs, from March 1 to April 17, China provided the US with 1.864 billion masks, 258 million pairs of gloves, 29.19 million surgical protective suits, 3.13 million goggles, 156 invasive ventilators and 4,254 non-invasive ones.
