英雄，一路走好......

4月2日22时45分，在四川凉山州木里县森林火灾中遇难的最后6名扑火人员的遗体，被送到西昌市殡仪馆。除1具遗体尊重家属意愿留在当地外，其余29具遇难者遗体全部送到了殡仪馆。

By Tuesday night, 29 bodies had been transported to a funeral home in Xichang, where the firefighting team was based.

4月2日晚，29具牺牲人员遗体被运送回西昌市的一家殡仪馆，西昌是该消防支队的驻扎地。

“他们是我们凉山州的英雄”

殡仪馆外一条约200米长的山路两旁，站满了自发送别英雄的群众，他们向车队挥手，喊着：“一路走好！”

Some 3,000 locals visited the mortuary, holding chrysanthemums, wreaths and hada—white ceremonial scarves—in their hands. 

大约3000名市民自发前去殡仪馆悼念，他们手里拿着菊花、花环和白色的哈达祭奠亡灵。

车辆到达之前，等在现场的群众已将鲜花摆在路旁。

2日10时，在第一批遇难人员遗体到达后，西昌市殡仪馆外搭起了灵堂，为牺牲人员举行追悼仪式。

殡仪馆外陆续有西昌市的市民带着鲜花、哈达、花圈赶到，祭奠遇难人员。

多名群众在殡仪馆外的行道树上扎上白花。

前来悼念的群众忍不住流下了泪水。

首个高森林火险红色预警

4月1日18时，应急管理部、国家林业和草原局、中国气象局联合发布今年首个高森林火险红色预警（a red alert for forest fire risks）。

预计4月2日至8日，北京北部、天津北部、河北北部、山西、四川南部等地森林火险等级将维持在极度危险级别，要切实加强防范森林火灾的发生。

Beijing, Tianjin, and the provinces of Hebei, Shanxi and Sichuan, will see the risk of forest fires stay at the highest level until Monday, and "under the red alert, no open fires are allowed in forests and grasslands", Yang Xiaodan, forecaster of the National Meteorological Center's Public Information Center, said on Tuesday.

北京、天津以及河北、山西和四川等省的森林火灾风险将维持在最危险级别，中国气象局公共气象服务中心副首席杨晓丹2日表示：“在红色预警下，森林和草原禁止发生明火。”

清明假期间干燥的天气、大风以及祭祖行为将加大火灾隐患。

杨晓丹说：“此次红色预警是三部门综合考虑气象条件、林区物候及卫星林火监测、清明节期间祭扫影响等情况，经过会商研判共同发布的。”

The alert was issued based on comprehensive considerations, including the persistent dry weather, strong winds and high temperatures, and also the coming Tomb Sweeping Day, which falls on Friday, when thousands will travel to ancestors' grave sites and in some cases, burn offerings.

清明将至，希望大家文明、安全祭扫，避免火灾隐患。
