Yet again, we are back in Ulhasnagar. This time we have covered the best sindhi street food place in Ulhasnagar called Doli Nasta house. This place is known for the Dal pakvan – A Sindhi dish that is lot spoken about. While whole of the city has the stalls that serve dal pakvan early morning, this one has a specific different taste that immediately develops your fondness for it. Dal Pakvan is a dish that has Chana dal served with Pakvan – a crisp fried maida roti along with green chutney and the sour tamarind chutney.
又一次我们回到了乌拉斯讷格尔。这次我们拍摄了最棒的（印度）信德人的街头小吃店，这家店位于乌拉斯讷格尔的店名叫“多利.纳斯塔”。这家店最有名的小吃是Dal pakvan面包。这是一道信德人家的家常菜肴。每逢清晨到来，整座城市到处都有摊位在售卖Dal pakvan面包，顾客可以根据自己的喜好选择自己喜欢的口味。Dal pakvan面包中加入了开边扁豆酱，这种面包吃起来口感酥脆，是用印度精制面粉油炸而成，其中加入了绿色酸辣酱和酸豆酱。
